Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions must be in English and follow the formatting guidelines below.

Format
Formatting Guidelines
Typography
- Font: Times New Roman
- Size: 10–12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.15
- Margins: 1 inch all sides
Figures & Tables
- High-resolution images (300 DPI+)
- Proper captions for all figures
- Tables with descriptive titles
- Numbered sequentially
References
- IEEE or APA style
- Consistent format throughout
- All cited works listed
- DOI included where available
